Although we aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, our suppliers are continually developing materials with new styles and characteristics.  Therefore, there may be slight differences in the items you receive from those described on our web site.

We reserve the right to change, modify and delete items and services sold on this web site without notice.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing

All prices shown in item listings are inclusive of IVA (VAT) at the prevailing rate. When you place an item in the shopping basket however it displays the IVA exclusive amount - the IVA is then re-added during the checkout process.

Shipping

Please note that for your protection we will only deliver the registered cardholder's address where payment is by credit or debit card unless prior arrangements have been made and the identity of the cardholder can be proven.

Where items are currently in stock shipping to you is typically between 3 and 5 working days. Goods are delivered via a courier service and require a signature upon delivery so please ensure someone is available to take delivery.

Upon ordering a customized product you will be advised of the estimated shipping date (typically 20 working days from date of order)

If your goods are temporarily out of stock you will be advised of the estimated delivery date and given the option of a similar alternative product or to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If you are interested in purchasing in bulk please contact us as discounts may be available in certain circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment. This is providing that the item is returned unused as new in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition and excludes any postal costs incurred.

We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet these criteria. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.  We aim to replace any defective items with replacements, or if this is not possible, we shall refund you immediately.  Replacement items will only be sent after we have received the defective items back from you in their original packaging.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
